We have been reading about Ladybirds. Ladybirds are helpful because they eat garden pests.  Here is a picture I drew of the ladybirds life cycle.

How Boys and Girls get to School

Today i was learning about graphs and how to solve investigation questions. I found out that more girls came to school by car then boys.  Only boys rode bikes to school.

The egg

The life cycle begins with the female butterfly attaching her eggs on or near a milk weed plant. The female lays it there so when it turns into a Caterpillar it has something to eat. The eggs are very tiny, round and have ribs.

The Caterpillar

The caterpillar hatches out off the egg which is called the larva stage. It looks like a worm with stripes and has tiny hairs all over its back. When the caterpillar has eaten heaps and is really fat it turns inside out and after it is ready it turn into a chrysalis.

Chrysalis

First the chrysalis or (pupa) is has transform in different stages . like going green after 1 week. Its go’s blue and  brown and purple and then black means is ready to come out .

Butterfly

The adult butterfly but did you on than like kitten its can’t open then eyes and butter they can’t fly but it fly a but the butterfly pumps blood in the then wings.

Butterflies Love Bananas

We have been reading about Malaysian butterflies. In this story the author writes about his visit to a butterfly farm in Malaysia. The author wrote this story to tell us who to have more butterflies. We need to populate more of the rare butterflies so they become extinct.

In the week end. My brother and I went to the reggae concert At the beach when i got there it had already playing the music. There there cop’s because people were drinking  I saw my friend there it was like Matiu and Damien .

The concert was boring but instead i went to the beach it was fun . I was looking for carbs but one of them caught my eye it was the biggest one of them all.

It try to defend himself with his big claws i try get him with the stick grab the stick climb up the stick and it cut me with it’s big claws and after i just look for shrimp if you are look for shrimp you have to look very carefully. but it ended when i got up to the concert .
